True Aim Driver Alignment Decals

Before There Was A Ball Marker

Have you guys seen the True Aim Ball Marker that’s supposed to improve your putting?

I was going down a different rabbit hole for this section when I stumbled upon an old forum post from Dave Wolfe on the True Aim alignment decals.

Does anybody remember them?

Basically, they were stickers that you put on our driver crown to improve accuracy and dispersion. At the time, we believed it would catch on, and if memory serves, there was at least one OEM kicking the tires on integrating the decals or at least a version of them with their drivers.

It’s pretty clear the idea fizzled and faded, but I’m not convinced they couldn’t help golfers drive the ball better.
