š„LIMITED EDITION TaylorMade Gear
the coolest thing we've seen this week
Hi Golfer,
Yesterday evening, I found myself curious about the changes in the golf apparel landscape. Iām not making that up ā¦ this is the kind of thing that pops into my head late in the day.
So, anyway, I browsed over to a golf apparel specialty site I used to look at quite a bit back in the day. I wanted to see what legacy brands were still around and which of the new players had infiltrated the mainstream.
Long story short, I stumbled on this š and I want to know if youād wear it?

Nerd Numbers: Brysonās Blast Was an Anomaly
Difficulty by the Numbers
On his LIV profile, DeChambeau lists a ā60-yard bunker shotā as the shot that gives him the most difficulty. It wasnāt exactly a favorable position when he needed par to win his second major title.
But just how clutch was the shot at Pinehurst? It is certainly among the most timely major championship shots ever, but would it be No. 1 on the list?
šµļø FRIDAY SPY TIPS
Donāt Forget to Wash Your Rain Gear
Keep your gear fresh
Did you know that you need to wash your rain gear to keep it performing at its best?
Iāll be the first to say that I find the idea of washing rain gear counterintuitive (wonāt it just repel the water?), but itās something that needs to be done from time to time.
Sweat, sunscreen ā¦ basically all the nasty parts of golf can seep into the fabrics, rendering them ineffective. The good news is that if your gear isnāt working like it used to, you may not need to replace it.
How do I know when I should wash my rain gear?
If you notice that water is soaking in instead of beading and running out (thatās called wetting-out), itās time for a wash.
Likewise, if you notice dirt and stains on the outside, itās probably time for a proper cleaning.
Do I toss it in the machine like everything else, or is there anything special I need to know?
You need to do something a little special.
First, always read the manufacturerās instructions, but typically, theyāll tell you to:
šµ Close all your zippers and any hook and loop (VELCRO).
šµ Run your gear through a wash cycle with a technical cleaner (Nikwax Tech Wash is the common recommendation).
šµ If your gear is still wetting-out, apply a waterproofer like Nikwax TX.Direct.
With a little TLC, your rain gear should be as good as new.

Arias Golf Canada TB-30 Chipper
Avoiding the yips
Your greenside game can make or break your scores. Try as you might, chances are you wonāt hit all your greens in regulation. The ability to get up and down is often essential to keeping a good round going.
Sadly, if thereās an area of the game where the yips are the most prevalent, itās probably chipping. If Tiger once had the yips, it could truly happen to anyone.

š¬ļø The Best Golf Windbreakers
Be ready for anything
Do you need help breaking wind?
You know what ā¦ phrasing matters. Letās start over.
Todayās golf windbreakers arenāt just for the cold. Among the best, youāll find wind vests, short-sleeved wind shirts and numerous convertible jackets with zippers or buttons. While a traditional long-sleeved windbreaker might be your go-toāitās easy enough to stuff in your bagās big pocket and pull it out when you need itāyou need to check out one of the other options for warm, windy days or for layering on top of your favorite merino wool blend crewneck sweatshirt.
Regardless of what type of wind youāre facing, thereās a windbreaker that will keep goosebumps from taking over. Unfortunately, they wonāt help you hit it into the wind. Youāre on your own for that.
